Emma Baker is a graduate of Northeastern State University with a degree in Corporate Communications. Emma, an extrovert that loves connecting with people, grew up in a large boisterous family in Eastern Oklahoma. In that environment of her family and the Choctaw Nation, both emphasized the importance of building a community of people around her and increasing the impact she makes in it. She has had many roles surrounded by people; as a librarian, a lifeguard, a camp counselor, but her favorite has been being a facilitator with Paradigm Shift. She started as a summer intern, and now works full time. She resides in Muskogee, Oklahoma where you can find her reading, playing board games, binge watching crime shows, entertaining her cat Ky, or doing anything adventurous with friends or family.
